Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel items can only be returned if the protective adhesive strip remains intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are still securely attached.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
